This notice is to make the general public aware that Gamma Capital Markets Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Multi-Asset Return Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 October 2024, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
