This notice is to make the general public aware that Level E Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Collective Investment Scheme licence granted to one of its sub-funds, namely AI Smart US Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request and this surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 7 January 2025, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
