This notice is to make the general public aware that, pursuant to a reorganization of the Zedra Group, Zedra will continue offering Class C company service provider services in Malta through Zedra Corporate Solutions (Malta) Limited (C 71249) as duly authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (the “MFSA”), and that Zedra Malta Corporate Services Limited (“the Company”) has requested the MFSA to accept the surrender of its authorisation to act as a Class C company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act [CAP. 529 of the Laws of Malta]. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such authorisation. This surrender is entirely voluntary due to the aforementioned reorganization, and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 21 February 2025, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
