Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the Company as an Investment Manager in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 April 2025 the Company will no longer be registered as an Investment Manager in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
