Antoaneta Iossifova – Head, People & Culture
Antoaneta is a seasoned HR professional and Certified Business Psychologist (CBP) with a proven track record in shaping and driving the people strategy in alignment with organisational objectives and changing needs. She is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at the MFSA. Additionally, she holds the dual role of heading the Authority’s Financial Supervisors Academy, while also serving as the Ethics Officer and Internal Whistleblowing Reporting Officer.
With a wealth of experience spanning across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, she has both public and private sector experience across various sectors. Her career has seen her in pivotal senior leadership positions, where she spearheaded transformative initiatives in HR and reshaped HR functions into strategic drivers of organisational success. In all those roles, she worked closely with top executives to align business objectives to the people strategy and navigated complex organisational landscapes to build scalable HR frameworks.
Antoaneta holds a Master’s degree in Psychology of Work and is an ABP Certified Business Psychologist (CBP). She also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is certified as a trainer and neuro-linguistic programming practitioner.
