On the 22nd June 2007 the Authority resolved, on regulatory grounds, to cancel the Investment Services Licence of

Montaigne Investment (Malta) Limited

in terms of its powers under Article 7(1) of the Investment Services Act, 1994. This decision has now become final and operative with effect from the 22nd July, 2007. Accordingly, the company is no longer authorized to provide any investment services within the meaning of the Act.
