The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) wishes to alert the public that Mypaydayloan as depicted on the website; http://www.mypaydayloan.com/europe/United_Kingdom_payday_loan/one_stop_malta_payday_loan_company.htm is not authorised by the MFSA to provide any type of financial service in Malta , including the provision of pay day loans to Maltese citizens. Accordingly, the MFSA warns the public against dealing with this entity.

The MFSA reminds consumers of financial services not to enter into any financial services transaction unless they have ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction is being made holds a licence to provide such services from the MFSA or another reputable financial services regulator.
