On the 16th September the Human Resources and Development Unit at the Malta Financial Services Authority participated at a Career Day organised at the Primary School in Qormi.

The event was well attended and prospective candidates interested in job opportunities in the financial services had the opportunity to meet members from the Unit, discuss job openings and submit their CVs. On the day, the Unit held a number of preliminary interviews, and had the opportunity to offer some guidance and direction to the prospective candidates.

Mr. George Spiteri, Director of the Human Resources and Development Unit, spoke positively about the participation and commented that “the financial services industry is showing an unprecedented growth in Malta, and this calls for the need for human resources to support this growth. As a regulator we are always on the lookout for top talent, to help support our operations. ”
