The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) has become aware of an entity operating under the name of OnlyTrades. OnlyTrades is a brand owned and operated by Safe Trade Ltd which is the major shareholder of a Malta registered company Marantino Capital Limited with a registered office at Flat Nru.7, 26 Belvedere Court, Triq L-Arznell, Ghadira, Il Mellieha, Malta. OnlyTrades has an internet presence at http://www.onlytrades.com/ and describes itself as a globally renowned online financial services provider offering a range of trading services including forex, commodities trading and CFDs.

The MFSA wishes to alert the public, in Malta and abroad, that OnlyTrades, Safe Trade Ltd and, or Marantino Capital Ltd are NOT licenced or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment or other financial services which are required to be licenced or otherwise authorised under Maltese law.

The MFSA strongly advises investors and consumers of financial services that prior to making any investment or entering into any financial services transaction they should ascertain that the entity with whom the investment or transaction is being made is authorised to provide such services by the MFSA or another financial services regulatory authority as applicable.
