The Authority would like to update those investors that hold an investment in ARM Asset Backed Securities S.A. [‘ARM’].

The UK’s Financial Services Compensation Scheme [‘FSCS’] has confirmed that it sent the claim form against Catalyst Investment Group Limited [‘Catalyst’] to all Maltese investors by post. All investors should have received the claim form and a letter from the FSCS by the end of April 2014.

All those investors that have not received such claim form by end of April 2014 should contact FSCS’s Initial Contact Team on 0044 20 7741 4100 or

The Authority reiterates that all investors should ensure that the information provided in the claim form is correct. However, in the event that you require assistance, do make sure that you seek independent professional advice.
