The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) warns the public against the activities of the companies WILLMONT PARTNERS S.L. and AINSLEY CONSULTING S.L. which both have an office at the same address : Via Augusta 147, 3rd Floor in Barcelona (Spain).

According to the information available to MFSA from the BANKING AND FINANCE COMMISSION of Belgium, WILLMONT PARTNERS S.L. is approaching the Belgian public to suggest purchasing shares of the American company Universal Detection Technology. As far as AINSLEY CONSULTING S.L. is concerned, however, the name of the company of which the securities are sold, is unknown to the Commission. In both cases the securities offered are listed on the “Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB)”, a market which is hardly liquid and hardly transparent.

MFSA hereby informs the public that WILLMONT PARTNERS S.L. and AINSLEY CONSULTING S.L. do not have the authorizations required to provide investment services relating to financial instruments in Malta. Moreover, the securities of the company Universal Detection Technology have not been the subject of an issuing prospectus in Malta and therefore cannot be offered to the public in Malta.
