This notice is to make the general public aware that Stoneworks Asset Management (Malta) Limited (‘the Company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the Category 2 investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 30th June 2011, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
