This notice is to make the general public aware that DF Corporate Services Limited (“the
Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation
of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to act as a trustee or co-trustee in terms of
Article 43(3) of the Trusts and Trustees Act. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such
authorisation. This cancellation is due to a merger with Equiom (Malta) Limited and does not arise
as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31st July
2018, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
