The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) has decided to issue a reprimand against Curmi & Partners Ltd., for the Company’s failure to submit a Personal Questionnaire for the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer within the deadlines stipulated by the MFSA.

The identified deficiency related to the Company’s failure to submit a Personal Questionnaire for the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer within the deadlines stipulated by the MFSA. However, the Company has revised its governance structure and actively sought to rectify this deficiency by nominating a Chief Executive Officer. The Company’s cooperative approach and the extent of the Company’s remedial action have been taken into consideration by the Authority when determining what action to take.
