The Authority informs all MFSA licence-holders that, following discussions with the authorities responsible for the Trading Licences Act, 2001 (Cap. 441), it has been clarified that MFSA licensed entities are exempt from the trading licence (formerly known as the Police licence) that would otherwise have been required under article 4 of the Act.
