This notice is to make the general public aware that Audentia Capital SICAV II plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the extension to the voluntary suspension of its Collective Investment Scheme Licence issued to 3 sub-funds: Palvic Fund, Greenview Fund and Get Value FX Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request, expiring on 18 January 2023. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
