The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of €1,500 on an AIF Manager.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the AIF Manager has acted in breach of SLC 6.26 of Part BIII of the Investment Rules for Investment Services Providers due to its failure to submit the Interim Returns for the financial year end 2021 in a timely manner.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 7 October 2024, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of €1,500 on the AIF Manager.
