The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of twenty-one thousand and five hundred euro (€21,500) on an Issuer.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the Issuer has acted in breach of Rule 4.22 of the Capital Markets Wholesale Securities Markets Rules.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 3 May 2024 the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of twenty-one thousand and five hundred euro (€21,500) on the Issuer.
