This notice is to make the general public aware that Falcon Insurance Limited has ceased to carry on business of insurance and reinsurance in Malta in terms of the Insurance Business Act (Cap 403) as from 31st December 2015. This cessation of insurance business is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Falcon Insurance Limited has appointed AON Insurance Managers (Malta) PCC Limited to run-off the company’s business.
