On the 10th September, 2009 the Authority resolved, on regulatory grounds, to cancel the Recognition Certificate of:

Modern Malta Investment SICAV Ltd

in terms of its powers under Rule 4.2 of Part BII of the Investment Services Rules for Recognised Persons.

Accordingly, the Scheme is no longer authorised to operate as a collective investment scheme which is private in nature and in purpose.
