The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of seven hundred Euro (€700) on the CSP.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the CSP has acted in breach of Rule 3 – 13.3 and Annex 3 of the Company Service Providers Rulebook in view that the CSP failed to submit the Management Letter for the financial year ended 2022 within the regulatory deadline.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 26 February 2025, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of seven hundred Euro (€700) on the CSP.
