The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of five hundred Euro (€500) on an Investment Services Firm.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the Investment Services Firm has acted in breach of Rule 4.1.25(a) of the Conduct of Business Rulebook.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 23 November 2023, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of five hundred Euro (€500) on the Investment Services Firm.
