The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of €2,000 on a De Minimis AIF Manager.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the De Minimis AIF Manager has acted in breach of SLC 1.40 of Part BIII of the Investment Services Rules for Investment Services Providers.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 7 October 2024, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of €2,000 on the De Minimis AIF Manager.
