The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of €600 on a Recognised Fund Administrator.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the Recognised Fund Administrator has acted in breach of SLC 5.2(i) of Part BI of the Investment Services Rules for Recognised Persons.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 13 June 2024, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of €600 on the Recognised Fund Administrator.
