This notice is to make the general public aware that Abalone Asset Management Ltd (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of two of the sub-funds of Cosmos SICAV plc (“the Scheme”), namely Commodity Arbitrage Fund and Low Volatility Strategy Fund (“the Sub-Funds”), from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 September 2023, the Sub-Funds ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
