This notice is to make the general public aware that Gamma Capital Markets Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of GC Nest SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) and its Sub-Fund, Margarita, from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 08 April 2025, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
