This notice is to make the general public aware that AQA Capital Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Lehner Investments Artificial Venture Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 June 2024, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
