This notice is to make the general public aware that AQA Capital Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Thoendl Investments (Malta) SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) and its sub-fund namely FX Multi Fund for Alpha One, from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 November 2023, the Scheme and Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
