This notice is to make the general public aware that Altarius Asset Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Prediction Capital Feeder Fund One (“the Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12 September 2024, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s List of NAIFs.
