This notice is to make the general public aware that Altarius Asset Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to remove elevat3 Capital Momentum Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) with LEI: 5299006Y8PIIS7IAH006 from the List of NAIFs. The MFSA has accepted the AIFM’s request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 01 November 2023, the Sub-Fund has been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
