Please note that AQA Capital Limited (“the AIFM”) has requested that the 1048 Wine Trading Fund (“the Sub-Fund”), is removed from the List of Notified AIFs. The MFSA has accepted this request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 May 2023, the Sub-Fund has been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
