This notice is to make the general public aware that Alpha Value Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the MFSA”) to accept the removal of the ATF Investment Fund SICAV plc with LEI: 213800CNRV668CKZKL43 (“the Scheme”) and its two Sub-Funds namely, Advanced Technology Fund with LEI: 213800M5DVX8LCZPTJ95 and Balanced Alpha Fund with LEI: 213800BO7E9XI75AM388 (“the Sub-Funds”) from the List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). The MFSA has accepted this request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 August 2023, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
