This notice is to make the general public aware that Altarius Asset Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the MFSA”) to accept the removal of the Digital Assets Opportunities Fund SICAV plc and the Digital VC Fund – Leminscap from the List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). The MFSA has accepted this request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31 July 2023, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
