This notice is to make the general public aware that on 3 September 2009, the Malta Financial Services Authority restricted the licence of The International Banking Corporation (Malta) p.l.c. due to developments occurring at the parent bank level, The International Banking Corporation B.S.C., which was put under administration by the Central Bank of Bahrain on 30 July 2009.
