Integrated-Capabilities Ltd (“the Company”), a company incorporate in the Isle of Man, a having registration number OC 500, requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation of the Company to act as trustee in Malta in terms of Article 43(8)(ii) of the Trusts and Trustees Act, Chapter 331. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 May, 2013, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
