This notice is to make the general public aware that F&F Trust Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the company to act as a Trustee or Co-Trustee to provide fiduciary services in terms of the Trust and Trustees Act. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such authorisation. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
