This notice is to make the general public aware that the authorisation which was issued to Dr Pierre Attard to act as an Administrator of Private Interest Foundations in terms of Article 43(12)(b) of the Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta) has been withdrawn due to the demise of Dr Pierre Attard, on 03 September 2024.
