This notice is to make the general public aware that Raiffeisen Malta Bank Public Limited Company (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 1A Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
