This notice is to make the general public aware that Diaman Partners Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Class 2 Investment Firm Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 February 2025, the Company ceased to be licensed as an Investment Firm by the MFSA.

The Company will remain on as an authorised AIF Manager and UCITS Manager pursuant to Article 6 of the Investment Services Act (Chapter 370 of the Laws of Malta).
