Benchmark Advisory Limited [‘the Company’] has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority [‘MFSA’] to accept the surrender of its Category 2 Investment Services Licence and Administrator Recognition Certificate. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12th August, 2009 the Category 2 Investment Services Licence and Administrator Recognition Certificate have been surrendered.
