This notice is to make the general public aware that FPC Investment Consultants Limited (‘the Company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the Category 1A investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16th April 2013, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
