This notice is to make the general public aware that PEAKBRIDGE PARTNERS LTD (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Investment Services Licence previously granted to carry out the services of an AIFM Manager. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 September 2024, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
