This notice is to make the general public aware that Alpha Value Management Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“ the MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Investment Services Licences previously granted to carry out the services of a UCITS and AIFM Manager, as well as the surrender of the Recognition Certificate previously granted to the Company to provide fund administration services. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. These surrenders are entirely voluntary and do not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 5 September 2023, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
