This notice is to make the general public aware that Algoengineering SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely, AE Quantitative Arbitrage Fund with LEI: 213800RL7QN9PNFU7327 and LEI: 5493001E6CZLO87SEM19 respectively. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 November 2024, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
