This notice is to make the general public aware that Alpha Value Fund SICAV plc
(“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”)
to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation
to Alpha Real Estate Opportunities Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted
the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a
result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27
September 2018, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
