This notice is to make the general public aware that ARIA SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to its Sub-Fund, namely The Perpetual UCITS Portfolio Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 April 2025, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
