This notice is to make the general public aware that Artis FX Fund SCIAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Scheme. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 28th December, 2009, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
