This notice is to make the general public aware that Auka Tactical Trading IC SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme licence. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 7 January 2016, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
