This notice is to make the general public aware that AUM Global Platform SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and in relation to the only remaining sub-fund, the Streaming Technology Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 3 April 2019, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
