This notice is to make the general public aware that AUM Global Platform SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme granted in relation to Africa Mining and Infrastructure Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 April 2017, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
